    Accuracy broken lol

hey, ive been playing alot of SM lately and tried to get it close to the speed of ffr on 1.75, and I found that c565 is pretty close, so I was playing on that speed for a few weeks. Then lately, I switched back to ffr and played back and forth a few times for the past few days. Now, for some reason.. Im having difficulties reading either as comfortably as I could. My keytaps are pretty uniform still, Im just having much more difficulties with keeping steady accuracy. Do u think that minute changes in speed can affect your accuracy that bad? Thats what it seems like.. X(

    Re: Accuracy broken lol

Whenever I play C650 or C750 on stepmania instead of C700 it makes it awkward to play, so I'd say yes. Either take breaks between playing stepmania and ffr or use substantially different speeds for the two, or constantly use different speed mods so that you don't get used to any one speed.

EDIT: Oh. If you managed to get the speeds exactly identical, then it might be the fact that FFR has I believe a smaller window that's screwing you over. Try using a slower speed for FFR than you do for stepmania.

hey lol.. i just tried screencutting a bit on 1.75 and it fixed it by like 90%... interesting how the human mind works. Im trying to figure out how reading the speeds really works and it seems like your internal speed can vary. Practice seems to make your sense of beat better obviously (having uniform keytaps), but I think ive been doing **** to my pa by tweaking my speeds and set keys constantly xD. I'm beginning to understand this thing a bit better...
