    Re: rainbow colored ffr arrows!

    They correspond to where the note falls in a measure.

    Red is 4th, Blue is 8th, Yellow is 16th, Purple is 12th, Pink is 24th, Orange is 32nd, Green is 64th, Cyan is 48th, and White is 192nd.

    I think.

    Someone feel free to correct me, I'm tired x.x

      Well different arrows do NOT give you more score, they're all the same except they mean different rhythms.

      For example:

      Red = 4th
      Blue = 8th
      Purple = 12th
      Yellow = 16th
      Pink = 24th
      Orange = 32nd
      Cyan = 48th
      Green = 64th
      Light Pink = 128th
      White = 192nd

      These are all of them I think.

      1st in I Love You`s 2009 New Year`s Tournament
      3rd in EnR's Mashfest '08 tournament
      5th in Phynx's Unofficial FFR Tournament
      9th in D3 of the 2008-2009 4th Official FFR Tournament
      10th in D5 of the 2010 5th Official FFR Tournament
      10th in D6 of the 2011-2012 6th Official FFR Tournament

      FMO AAA Count: 71
      FGO AAA Count: 10

If the file is difficult but super straight forward, he has issues. If he's AAAing a FGO but then heard that his favorite Hockey team was losing by a point, Hockey > FFR

        AAA means get all perfects on every arrow of a song.

        Red = 4th note
        Blue = 8th note
        Purple = 12th note
        Yellow = 16th note
        Pink = 24nd note
        Red/Orangish = 32nd note

        and a few more colors.

          I think in the queue thread or something they said 128th notes didn't exist, it just rounds it to the nearest 192nd or 64th or something.

              Re: rainbow colored ffr arrows!

              Different colours represent different timing.

              Red = 4th
              Blue = 8th
              Purple = 12th
              Yellow = 16th
              Pink = 24th
              Orange = 32nd
              Light Blue = 48th
              Green = 64th
              White = Anything else not mentioned.

              AAA technically means the highest score on a song, but mostly that would be all perfects.

              Edit: Superninja'd but whatever.

                  Yeah any other timing just ends up as white because there is no specified color for that timing of arrows, so it just puts it as a default on white.

                    uncommon tuplets are not found in the editor because of several reasons: they are not used frequently, bpm changes or 192nds can be substitutes for these rhythms, and because catering to many different tuplets would mean that the editor would need to handle a value that is a multiple of all of them. Having 7ths, 11ths, 13ths, and 192nds in just a few measures would probably result in a several megabyte-sized .sm or .dwi file.

                    Anything past 192nds doesn't exist. Any irregular tuplets created from notepad will automatically be rounded to the nearest 192nd in the editor. more complex rhythms will actually look funny, so actually, 192nds are usually not enough for keyboard sims.

                    Thereofre white isn't anything, but 192nds, like I said.

                    edit: 3.9 does not snap to 192nds unless you mod it somehow which I doubt anyone has done so it might take you some work.
                    just use copy/paste. it's much easier and there's no screwing around with bpm or the need to constantly go to notepad to do some tedious crap

                    also HOLY NECROS WAS I BORED TO TYPE ALL OF THAT ABOUT STUPID 192ND NOTES
                    Funny cuz the file blue told me had the 128ths is SG's file and SG just said there's no 128ths.

                        I'm wondering after all of this why there are songs with only blue arrows... they're crazy annoying cause it's hard to fallow the beat exactly on.

                            Blue Note Syndrome I believe.

                            They were some of the first songs to come out before they used different colors.
