Can't hit notes

For some reason, I press the arrow keys to hit the notes and it misses
I FC'd driveway(light), but I failed because I missed the first 10 notes.
whats going on?

It did that to me as well. I don't know what's wrong with it.

Check this, if it's not set for the arrow keys, it wont read the arrow keys then

also make sure that you're "clicked" onto the game swf. if you're on the page and not the game swf, you'll be clicking on the page and not in the game.
