Well, in the newly released token called Here We Go, I had an idea in my head that popped up when I saw people play it. Speedcore, as we all know, is a really fast paced genre that isn't exactly recommended for a rhythm/dance game, but can make stepfiles very challenging. Many of the songs in FFR have some moderate to pretty hard stepfiles, but most of the for masters only and a few guru's only stepfiles are barely worth noticing because the songs don't have many sounds to step. I'm not saying we should just submit random and extremely obnoxious sounds without any type of rhythm at all, but some speedcore songs that can add some difficulty to the game. The poll is just a vote if you want to see some more speedcore songs in FFR for more challenging stepfiles. It's not that I want to turn FFR into a speedcore mess, but to give it some more difficult songs since many of the old songs had to be submitted with the "framer" problem.

Re: Speedcore in FFR?
Yeah more speedcore sounds good. Right now I'm stepping a song called Acadian Speecore by DJ Kommisar, hopefully it gets into FFR when submissions open. 16th stream with 32nd bursts/32nd stream. Woo.-4th Official Tournament Expert Divison Champion-

Re: Speedcore in FFR?
Yeah, a song I stepped back in april can be used as an example to show how hard speedcore can be with the right song (although this is just really fast jacks) but hey I passed it haha.

Re: Speedcore in FFR?
Well, speedcore is really complex to step like dood gone krazee said, because half the time you'll need to slow the song down to tell what's a 24th and what's a 32nd burst, etc.
I had to do that with mondo brutale and it was a painOriginally posted by hi19hi19oh boy, it's STIFF, I'll stretch before I sit down at the computer so not I'm not as STIFF next time I step a fileComment

Re: Speedcore in FFR?
It would be nice though if FFR had a tougher Judge system, because otherwise most of these songs can probably get mashed by n00bs anyways, myself included.Comment

Re: Speedcore in FFR?
I'm stepping a 200 BPM breakbeat. It's almost speedcore, but I guess it really isn't. SPEEDCORE DANDY FTWOriginally posted by hi19hi19dumps abstractly represent the song with arrows
