More Speed Control

I've bugged synthlight alot bout it but he is too busy or not paying attention but if I get others bugging him about it maybe he will get on it, but in the next versions or updates to FFR I would like to see a 2.25x/2.5x/2.75x speed setting. Like there is 1.25x/1.5x/1.75x then 2x why does it just jump right to 3x nothing between? seriously 2.5x would be awesome XD

i dont think its even worth it. 2.0x is slow but its all choppy already and impossible to pa. anything higher would be choppier and give worse pa... just screencut

i've actually mentioned it to him.... 1.87, 2.25, and 2.5 would be the 3 we'd add.

on a related and also probably over-discussed matter, an in-game mod for mirror would be terrific since as it is, not everyone can use it and it really is an unfair advantage (and similar pseudo-left/right mods for songs like blooddrunk are :not cool: ).

oh and also distant/other perspective mods would be a neat future addition with the faster speed mods

Even if the mods were added, I don't think the screen on FFR is big enough. In SM, which has a window twice the size of FFR's, I play on C715 (currently) in SM, which is about 2.40x in FFR..and the scroll looks to be almost as fast as 2x on FFR. Due to the screen being smaller in FFR (and thus like a screencut), anything above 2.25x or so would be too fast for anybody to handle, IMO.

Now an improved framerate would be nice, though...*wink*

I would Love 1.87.
I find 1.75 a smidge too slow.
But 2.0 is too fast and choppy.
Can't wait for these!

Its not choppy at all for me at 2x I find its too slow but 3x is too fast for the cut screen i play 784 BPM on SM which seems to move faster then 3x on FFR. But even on 3x its not choppy runs smooth for me just to fast to read within 5" of view.
