How can I upload a simfile without sql errors come up.

When my simfile finishes uploading it makes 2 sql errors come up. (Only 2 of them)

Yes I do have MP3, sm.old, dwi.old, sm, and dwi files inside my simfile. What can I do to not make those errors come up?
