MP lag

like 2 weeks ago every time i go play in multiplayer i get lag. and my computer is great with FFR. i play in single player and have NO lag.

please fix this i'm really sick and tired of delvling on noobs

There's a q button next to an S button click the q like 2 or 3 times and it'll get into low quality, the q is on the FFR game around the upper left corner.
