    Question about time signatures

    So I was wondering...

For songs that have changing time signatures/odd time signatures like 5/4 and 7/4, do you guys just hit the arrows as they come? Or do you try to find the "groove" and play along based off of that? Just curious. I've been spamming the crap out of kyuin trying to unlock The Five and the middle part that switches from 4/4 to 7/4 to 3/4 to 5/4 keeps getting me a ton of boos. I've mostly been trying to find the "beat" but am wondering if maybe it's better to just hit the arrows lol

Well during parts with the random signatures, just hit notes as they come up and try to get them all. =|
But if a part is longer than like 5 seconds I usually accent every beat by hitting the key harder.

Time signatures play no part for me in the game. I usually memorize the music, or predict via the stepchart.

Just play the chart in the mindset of a common time chart. Since FFR is on a cmod, and you can't see any differentiation of the speed in a chart, use more visual cues than sound cues.
