Re: Did you ever feel Like That?
I am going through this right now. Just got off a big AAA spree not to long ago, went to go back on, but now I feel like I cant stay on beat with the songs, im light tappin, and it is annoying. I think it is just a phase though. It will pass. -
Re: Did you ever feel Like That?
Yes, this happens when you play too much. You need to take a break. Don't play for a couple days. When you come back, you'll be slow for about 2 games, then all the sudden start AAAing ****.Originally posted by ryanisadoucheSo anyways i was thinking, what if a single miss didn't stop your combo? Instead, your combo kept going until 2 consecutive misses were made. I think this would provide a more realistic ranking system, and eliminate a lot of mashing.Comment

This happens to me, only the bad is more often than the good. For every good day I have like 3 bad days....however, the good days are so sweet that it makes up for any loss I sustain during the bad ones.
But in most cases, it's just temporary, as the others have stated. Once you become good again, you'll be even better than when you left.

I'm close to always having bad days on FFR/SM.
I get the rare few days where I can AAA anything (not really everything), and then it fades for a few months.

Re: Did you ever feel Like That?
I don't ever get like this usually, but I do have a daily cycle of when my skill is at its peak and base.
Before noon, it's bad. Between 4-8, my skill seems to be at its peak; speed-wise and accuracy somewhat. After 8, it's decent.Playing FFR/Lurking around the forums since Dec. 2004Comment

Re: Did you ever feel Like That?
My peak is normally at 2am, for some reason. Maybe because there's nothing to distract me. ^^Comment

Re: Did you ever feel Like That?
There are days where I have alot of patience ( I will play long songs, and easier songs ) and there are days where I want to kill my fingers ( Play Guru and Master songs ).
Now there are also days where I'm really good, and days where I don't feel like I can FC a Difficult. Though I normally have more good days then bad days.1st in Kommisar's 2009 SM Tournament

Re: Did you ever feel Like That?
If your hands are feeling silly, maybe It's time to take a break.
I usually play my best when nobody's home, strictly because nobody wants to listen to me mashing on the keyboard. Other than that, I'm pretty much dead at FFR :P

Re: Did you ever feel Like That?
Just take a a couple of days off FFR. After a break, it will seem easier to play most of the songs.Comment
