Does anyone know why I somehow got a comment from myself saying I'm gay and like giving bj's? I just checked my profile randomly and I noticed it and I was like "wtf?" Could this possibly be someone hacking my account or something? I obviously deleted the comment.

hacker is a bad word choice... it's unlikely some unknown person who singles you out and brute-forces your password. almost certainly, it's a friend of yours who is screwing with you, who already knows your pw. or you left your account logged in on a computer and someone did it that way.
