Maybe when yer talking about sending the credits, tell them to copy and paste the name, so no mistake happens.
also, tell them it needs to be perfect, no spaces.

I guess i was only confused because he had to return someones credits, and i didn't understand how to determine if a shop was open or closed. I clearly see now that it says "closed" beside the closed shops. CARRY ON!
