    This is so frustrating...

I think I'm fine at doing full combos. I have FCed hard ones like Molto Vivace and Blue Rose, but I really need help with AAAs.
I guess everybody knows it's extremely annoying when you get 1 good at the end of a very easy song you are trying to AAA... is there anything I can do to improve my accuracy?

Best AAA: Frictional Nevada (Done while FFR was out, so it doesn't show in my level stats)

Resting. I might restart playing FFR seriously someday.

"That just will not do." was keywii's response as she lunged for the scissors, pulled the blades apart, and clamped them down on the base of foil's shaft. Blood start gushing out of the wound where his penis used to be.
      "NOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Yelled Foil in horror.
"Don't worry. I'm a wizard" uttered Keywii. And with that, Foil's penis grew back.

Personally, I ghost-tap. On SM I can ghost-tap my keys, on FFR I ghost-tap my ring (since it's doing nothing) to keep a steady rhythm.

Also, a lot of it might have to do with your keyboard response time. If it's quick, some songs might be late; it's slow, some songs might be really early. That could be a problem.

As for PA, it'll come naturally. Even moreso if you play an instrument and practise 4:4 music, seeing as how virtually every song in the game is written in 4:4 save a few classical songs and like, Seven.
Why would you put that in your signature? You've lost your signature rights for a month. (You'll get them back on March 10th, 2012.)

also, depending on the song.... there are 5-6 songs from years ago that have built-in slowdown on the last arrow. you just have to know it and remember it and prepare for it, otherwise you'll get goods on it every time.

beyond that, FCing in FFR vs AAAing in FFR is vastly different. FCing is cake... you can mash your way to a FC in almost every song... but FCing FMOs and FGOs without getting a crapton of boos is a decent start of AAAing/PAing easier songs. Because it's pretty rough to FC stuff without mashing while managing bad accuracy.

I agree with PA and playing an instrument. I've always considered myself to be a better player than I would be if I didn't play percussion.

Because that happened to me 4 times in a row.

The only ones I recall with slowdown at the end are

                Visions
                One Last Battle
                La Luna Caida
                Maple Leaf Rag
                Falling Into You
                Computer Dreams
                Rondo Alla Turca V2
                Parachute (Stupid Clowns)

I'm pretty sure there is more, but there is a short list to give you an idea. Anyways, I find PAing a lot easier if you adjust your screencut/speed mod. Adjust it until you find your PA to be very good. For example, play Silence on 1.25, 1.5, 1.75 or 2, whichever PA is best then start screencutting and find whichever screencut is best.

Also, I find spacing out while playing to help, because if I concentrate then I have mental blocks and get goods. When I concentrate, I get like 4 goods on Etude To A Dragon, bvut when I space out, I can almost AAA Choprite. Pretty useful strategy, but it may not work for everyone. Good luck.

In the FMO and FGO songs I did FC, I didn't mash the keys. I only have to mash the keys on a few songs like The Adventures of Lolo or the final parts of Death Piano, but I'm okay on most songs.

I don't think that rhythm is a problem, either, but there are some songs with irregular notes that can be a bit confusing.

Thanks. I always play at x2, I think it's much easier.
I think that the blue stepfiles are much harder to AAA because they can have irregular notes(and some of them are not very well done, in my opinion).

ghost tapping is when you tap a key that doesn't hit an arrow to keep beat, like if i play askl i could tap space with my thumb to keep beat.
