Annoying backgrounds

I am so sick of songs like domani, caprice, stay with me, ect. that have these bright-ass backgrounds. Or what about songs like legend of zelda, too tight or skellybones with moving backgrounds that distract one's attention when trying to AAA. I know people understand what I'm talking about. What methods do you guys use in these situations?

Please don't pointlessly complain about the backgrounds.

1. It has been done many times before.
2. The admins have no intentions on changing the backgrounds because it adds an historical aspect to FFR.

They are very annoying, but you have to just deal with it. There is no special method to play them better.

You eventually learn to block them out...for me the problem isn't that there's a background, it's that for these songs the arrows are all blue. As if it isn't hard enough already trying to distinguish them.

I'm surprised you didn't talk about Delerium or Pondering Stuff, or Party 4 u.

Those ones are the worst in my opinion.

Backgrounds are basically one with the song. Without the background, the song's not the same.

I apologize, my intention is not to complain. I merely wanted to discuss techniques people used on songs with obscure backgrounds

you get used to them. they're nostalgic and historic. just be glad i'm not of the mentality that we need more backgrounds in FFR. there was a time when we were moving towards adding backgrounds to EVERY song (before i was in charge, of course).

Pondering Stuff has the note skin, so it's not that bad.

I personally have no trouble with Delirium. P4U is my worst song, I will completely miss arrows without even knowing it. O_O
