Hmmm I slept for 17 hours today...maybe I'll take a whack at this don't expect to win however I'm not about to watch my overall rank go down the toilet

Obviously, the winner will be the one with the best score:time ratio. I suggest that Hatebreed song on Rock p1 that's less than 2 minutes yet crams maybe 1100 notes in. If you can FC stuff like this consistently, you'll probably be a solid contender by cranking out 1.6 million or so every 2 minutes. Other short yet hard songs like Famouz and Brooks Was Here [heavy] also come to mind.

An alternative strategy might be to go for most points/game, in which case stuff like Max Forever comes to the fore (I don't think too many people have the ability to FC songs like FFLBF and Pants on a regular basis).

And by all means, hit that Try Again button! Precious seconds tick by as you search for a different song...

However, whether 1 billion points in 24 hours is feasible remains to be seen...it all depends on one's ability and strategy, as well as where one decides to do their gamewhoring. As for me, I realized my Internet connection cuts out at midnight due to the whim of the net admin (Mom & Dad), which probably puts me out of the running, and I have not yet established when it comes back, thus putting me in a serious hole should I decide to compete.

Every single song you mentionned is a horrible song choice for this event.

Well just to get a sense of it, I whored a single song for like 3 hours and it wasn't pretty. I'm not going to bother.
