DWI Help

Okay, I'm really interested in making stepfiles for some songs of mine but I'm lacking the equipment to do it. Supposedly, I need to download something called Dance With Intensity to create stepfiles, but every mirror to download it that I find online doesn't work! Can anyone give me any advice or allow me to download DWI from them?

No you dont need DWI. You dont really need..any equipment, except a computer and notepad...and a song of course.
