FFR IRC channel up!

There should be a news post about this soon but thought I'd give you guys the heads up first.

Oh well, here's some tips for making your (m)IRC experience much easier. Firstly, registering and auto-authing.

Open up your server.ini in your mIRC folder. Add this line, where nXXX is the next number in the sequence.

nXXX=EggHeads: Random serverSERVER:irc.eggheads.org:6667GROUP:EggHeads

Connect to eggheads.

Register for an account by doing this.
/msg nickserv resgister <password>

Then, go into the mIRC options. Tools>Options. Click on "Perform..." Click "add", and search for eggheads. Add it.

Select eggheads from the dropdown list, add the command /msg nickserv identify <your password>. Tick Perfom On Connect. You auto-auth from now on when you connect.

Hate typing out /join #flashflashrevoltuion? Alias it.

Go to the scripts editor (the green thingy with the red dot in the main toolbar). Add this line to the Aliases tab and hit OK.

/ffr /join #flashflashrevolution

Type /ffr in any window, and you will join #flashflashrevoltion. You can also change /ffr to anything you want, itll still join #flashflashrevolution.

well... its up... so far its Freak 83 as the owner, me and synth as Co-owners, and LD as a Op... deep blue sea entertained us last night with some Virtual basic, (i think), i would just call them macros, but whatever... all that matters is that we had fun.. im going to idle on there as long as a i can.. My name on there is Iam87x then followed by a "_" then the reason why im idling. ex. Iam87x_school ; Iam87x_sleep ; Iam87x_porn ; etc..

I made another one specifically for radio shows, and for the people who are too lazy to write out 'flashflashrevolution'.. It's called 'FFR' (ld, freak, synth, and 87x: if you go there I'll make you an op since you're ops in the other irc chat).

Seriously, typing /join #FFR doesn't make you the owner of the channel. You have to get your channel registered to own it.
