The bg animation for Party 4 u should just be a fanimation. I don't see that video on cranky's homepage.
The bga is about a thread that reaches 1000 responses. In Japan, it's an amazing thing for a certain topic thread to reach 1000 posts. Basically, the beginning shows the 1000th response reaching the forum thread. Then, the guy goes crazy when the 1000th response is posted. It's an otaku thing.
In Japan, threads like "Rate avatar" don't count as a "certain topic" thread. Train Man is a good example of a story that revolves around otakus living off the internet, quite in the manner of the character in the bga.
The catch phrase is "1000スレいった！"
