It means that at max you can only have one good for every 200 perfects you get in the song. For example, if a song has 2000 arrows, you can only have up to 10 goods if you want to unlock the token. If the song has 2199 arrows, you are still only allowed 10 goods.

Also, any averages, misses, and boos will be converted to what they would be in terms of goods. I included misses since it's not stated that you have to FC the song. If GamerShadow wants to make it so you have to FC and only are allowed to get goods, then he may do so.

The Beta Level Reader does not show me the date on which a token's requirements were done. Seeing that your rank in that screenshot is 329 and is currently 333 on your level rank stats, I can safely assume that you completed the token after it was unlocked. In the future, please don't use The Beta Level Reader to show unlocks for tokens marked with one *.

Why? Did GamerShadow say that's what he meant, because if you get an average, miss, or boo, that has nothing to do with the gooderfect ratio. If you get 500 averages, It's sure gonna make the ratio harder to get because the number of perfects will be significantly lower, making you have to get 2 less goods...

He never specifically stated. His token revolves around PA and I am going to do those conversions until it is clarified by him. Sure getting an average or a miss takes away perfects, but it's worst PA and therefore will have a worst affect on your chances of earning the token.

If I didn't do the conversions, I would not allow any averages/misses/boos. It is only specified that the token revolves around a ratio between goods and perfects, so I will only involve the measurement of goods and perfects until GamerShadow confirms how he wants the token to be treated.

I remember reading this thread and noticing the "FC Chlorophyll" requirement, so I thought I might as well post this one, since I don't see myself playing this song ever again.
