I need some help creating my token image/avatar thingy.

I don't know how to make a transparent background or how to fit it into the token circle.

Anyway, this is the image I'm working with. You may recognize it from my avatar. I need it shrunk and fit to the proper size. If anyone could help me out it would be much appreciated.

I have a question. For devonins token requirement it says to AAA any 15 song stepped by h19h19h19. Does that mean I can AAA 1 of those 15 songs or AAA 15 of his songs? I have only AAAed 1 and I dont know any others and so if I need to AAA 15 then can someone tell me some more I would have to AAA? thanks. oh and here are some more tokens for me .
