Just curious, how long does it usually take to register that I subscribed?

uhh i suscribed through paypal and it took 5 seconds

It should happen right away, at least it did for me. The payment may still be processing though.

Check your paypal account and go to where you paid. See if it says processing. If not, ask Jason.

It was an E-check..

E-check takes longer than paypal. Just wait it'll work.
