It never resets, although FFR sometimes has to reload backup files for credits when it is going under maintenance.
And your high scores are never cleared unless you cheated. But even if you do, everybody else's won't.

That's not what he was asking. He wants to know when the daily score counter rolls over to zero. I'm pretty sure, but not 100% positive that it happens at 12:00 Midnight server time.
