Simfile database problem!

I don't know why, but like every 30 minutes or so, I can not seem to load any pages or switch any pages and it will give me the (Internet not working page). This only happens when I am searching content for the simfile database. It even happens when I haven't downloaded anything. The only way to solve this problem from my end is to shut down my browser. I am running IE 7 if you would like to know. I don't know if this thread should go to FFR bugreports or not, but I thought this would be the best location for it since it dosen't involve R1.

clear your cache, delete temp files, restart computer.

it should work after that.
