So if you get like really close to an FC with really good PA, then miss at like, say, the last 10 notes, you'll still get the FC req?

Yes. That is actually how I have TP's on p8107 and TGWP p3 missing 3 from the end in p8 and 25 from the end in tgwp. Neither count as an actual FC, but both I have at least one tier point for. Which is also how you get tp's for songs like the FGO's where the FC is either the Top tier or close to it. Examples:

1/9 - Piano Etude (Demon Fire) - 1,450,000 or higher

Try Revolution Etude, I think if you do a good mash job in certain parts, you can get a 500+ combo and get the 1 tier point if you get passed the jacks

I did try it. I got a 460 combo and passed the jacks. Missed the req. by like 200k

Who cares about tier points. Stopped caring but I have around 330
