it's goods * averages * boos * misses > 0, but < 5000.
your 2 runs on Horizon were:
451 - 97 - 16 - 9 - 13 = 97*16*9*13 is 181,584.
396 - 117 - 36 - 24 - 22 = worse than the above one.
181,000 is not less than 5000. that is why you did not get the token. you did not meet the req.
