There's one called Ultra Surf that you can get from wujie.net. Teachers and administrators can't figure out how to block it. Best one I've found yet.

It seems as though a lot of them are blocked already. 2 of the latest ones (released in the last few weeks, and were never-before used) are:

There's facebook application that gives everyone a new website each week that has never-before been used. If you have a facebook, you can just search for the application "access facebook at school".
