Basiaclly I just got a computer and it has vista on it, and it doesnt run FFR well, which is what i've read before, so I was wondering
What would happen if I put the Windows Xp reformat disk in to try and get Windows Xp?

Since it's technically a downgrade, I don't know how well it would work. I've never tried before. Try googling it and see if other people have done it.

You can't downgrade without completely wiping the disk.

Get Firefox and the latest Flash beta. That's all you need to do.

Only 2 gigs with a 2.4 Quad? Wtf?

Anyways, to get XP, you would have to completely wipe your drive, like Nightfirecat said. I believe that if you made a new partition on your drive and backed up all your files on that, you could just reformat and install XP on the main partition and still have all your files on the partition you created.

I've personally found FireFox to work worse than IE7 for playing FFR. O_O To each his own, I suppose.

Apparently, firefox+vista=good, where IE+vista=bad...
