    Playback question

    Is it:

    A. Possible

    or

    B. Allowed

    ..to get the code for an ffr playback replay to use on another site for public display?

    (Used search, and found nothing. Sorry if its a 'tard question.)

        Would you mind shedding some light on how to do it?

            Re: Playback question

            I don't believe we currently have anything available... but it shouldn't be hard to do. Will add it to our top secret to-do list.

              Teehee...I borrowed some widget code and modified it for replays...

              Code:
              <div style="background-color:black;width:440px;" align="center">

              <embed src="http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/ffrReplay.swf?replayid=[color=blue]xxxxxxx[/color]" width="440" height="320" allowfullscreen="true" flashvars="&file=statistics.xml&height=320&width=440&displaywidth=440&autostart=false" />

              </div><div style="background-color:black;width:440px;" align="center">

              <a href="http://www.flashflashrevolution.com" style="color:white;font-size:11px;">Rhythm Games at FlashFlashRevolution.com</a></div>
              Just plug in the replay number for the blue x's...you can tweak the sizes, too, if you like.

                Yeah I've been doing this ever since the playback feature came out.
                Posting on bulletins mainly.
                ;]
                Glad ieat could help before I got to the thread though.

                  Re: Playback question

                  I haven't tried, but basically it's the same with widget embedding code.

                  and this is the address of replay swf, replace the flash file link with this.
                  http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/...playid=(insert replay ID number)

                  oh ninja'd with ieat =(

                    Re: Playback question

                    we're going to try to make it more userfriendly for you guys. while it may be obvious to some of you, most users won't be able to figure that out. so, yea. next day or two we'll likely have the widget code transformed to a replay code, easily accessible for people.

                        Re: Playback question

                        Oshi - so jacked that code.

                        NICE. I've been wanting something like this.

                        Also, is it ever going to be possible to rewind a playback or fast forward it? That way I don't have to sit through two minutes of a playback just to see one part for 3 seconds and then I can rewind it to see it again. That would be nice...
