You have to save it. Also, use the edit button.

As far as I know, they remain unless you manually delete them.

If I'm understanding Summerschool correctly, they don't get deleted yet. He said this, though, which actually made me subscribe:

The save feature is so the relay does not get bumped off the list. You can save a max of 5 replays, any replay not saved will be deleted when it hits the limit. The replay games for non-subscribers is supposed to be limited 25, however that is not in place yet. Subscribers do not have a limit. If you see any replays you want saved check them now, as when the limit goes into place everything not saved and past 25 will be removed.

I'd hate to lose a bunch of hard-worked replays.
