    Deleting a FFR Account

    Could someone please tell me how to do this? There doesn't seem to be an obvious way. Thank you.

                      Once you joined, there is no escape from FFR. Most people just delete their avatar, info, pics, etc.

                      To top it off, they leave a message on their profile saying they're not longer active on this site. In most cases, they come crawling back within a week.

                      In fact, I don't believe any administrator has ever deleted an account before. The best thing you can do is just "close" your profile so nobody can ever see it.

                          Closing my profile will work well enough. I hadn't realized that was an option. Thank you!

                              we like to preserve history here... as such, we don't delete anything. if you wish to not use your account anymore, just stop using it. closing your profile also works, if that is your concern, for whatever reason.

                                  Yes, it'll still be there, but only a nice message saying "Profile Closed" in huge letters.

                                  If you need info on how to do this, go to your profile> Edit my profile> Profile settings> click the "close profile" option> Then click update your info.

                                      Already done, but I appreciate your helpfulness. I'd simply overlooked it when I was looking at profile editing options.
