the top setup will be used to play crysis and other stuff

i might try to dual boot the hd with xp or linux on about 10 gigs so i can play stepmania

You can get Vista and still play FFR as long as you get 8Gig of RAM.

Sry-- XP only supports 3 gigs.

BTW: Vista=phail until they get rid of DRM.

You're going to regret that processor purchase considering AMD's current performance vs Intel.

My computer would most likely eat yours for breakfast, and it was around 500$ cheaper to build. =/

Doesn't Vista support 4 with 64bit?

And...Yah...Vista+FFR==****ty as hell. Just not a good idea. I'm trying to run it here on this laptop, and no good.
