why are people so amazed?

I was playing cia rave and for some reason people are like there's no way some one is that good and im like wtf? Why are they so amazed at me when I missed like 23 times?

When they look at it all they see is a wall of arrow spam. They also think we read the steps by the direction the arrows are pointed which would is inanely hard. Plus we do have a fairly good amount of skill.

yeah.. people were watching me at school . i started vertex beta . like after 20 second they said i was insane . and then when it turned crazy they said i was a freak lmao

Yeah seriously, remember when you first started playing.
Then testing out the hard songs, you have no idea what is going on and end up losing the first 5 seconds.
Things are more impressive when you are a beginner.

The people that are amazed by that are the people who can't do it themselves and have no idea how to get good enough to do it themselves because they either haven't ever played, or they played a few games and never got very good.

Plus, you were playing something like CIA Rave. You could have played Soul Shift and hit every note and they probably wouldn't have been half as impressed, but just because it was CIA Rave, they were impressed that you could hit as many arrows as you did, even with 23 misses.

When I get a good score on a easy song, people think it's bad and when I simply pass a FGO, people are amazed even though I tapped the third of the arrow I had to tap lol.

A lot of people do not understand the game, they think lots of arrows, hard, not so many arrows, easy. They don't realize it takes more skill to AAA excite bike than it does to mash your way through FotBB.

I got 790 combo on EHHS, and my friends were liKE WHOA WTF, you need to do something other than FFR all day.

I was Rofl'ing the whole time. Unmashed though.

EDIT: i guess that's a pretty good score, anyways...

I AAA'd AAA (rofl) three times in a row in front of a crowd of 20+ people and they thought I hacked. I was FCing SP (for the first time, almost at the end) and someone knocked my hand off the keyboard and was like oh, you're not hacking k.
