1.75x on FFR = around C620 on SM

so it's fine for most people.

1.75x will ruin your PA if your trying to play hard and fast, compressed songs.

        I play 1.5 w/o screencutting, works great.
1.75 is to fast for me to get good PA on.

1.75x took some time to learn the speed changes but once you master that and get faster reactions, it really helps

I also use 1.75 because it spreads out the different patterns and makes it easier to read them

I actually did this before: 1.5x with 3/4 of the game play area covered (not showing the score bar). I moved up to 1.75x because of not wanting to screencut, so yeah. 1.75x gives me the ability to play any song level. It improved my game play so much. =)

I built my self up from 1x 1.25x 1.5x 1.75x and 2x then I switched back to 1.5x and I was doing great.

1.75x is better. If you have fast eyes, it's an advantage. If you are a clunch reader, 1x is good for you then. I went with 1.75x. It helps to do songlike: Torinouta (Noise Rave Mix) With all the quadruple red + yellow + orange red + yellow - groups.
So much time spent on FFR.

                So little improvement.

I stick with 1.5x because it allows me to see every note, and supplies me with enough speed to read every note and also keep me at a comfort level. I prefer 1.5x
