new version? delete cache? wah?

I can't run the new version of FFR because it says my old one is out of date and that I need to delete my cache, well I did happen to go to tools -> internet options -> Delete files, and it still says i need to do that?

Could someone give me a bit of help?

delete cache, cookies... also make sure your flash is up to date.
