Let me guess, say you're browsing the FFR profiles, and the chat crashes.... you will be redirected to the same page, but now you're logged out, yet you can still use the chat?

I say use the "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page and/or upgrade to Internet Explorer 7 (I'm assuming you're using Internet Explorer 6)
