Like.. I REALLY want to buy a subscription to help FFR and for having the special features.. but.. my mother doesnt ''trust'' paying on the internet with the credit card and all the stuff.. so... i guess we should have another way of getting subs.. or if a admin can gives me reason to tell my mother its SAFELY enough to trust this website.. (i really do trust FFR) but.. i dont know how work Paypal by the way so... idk if there is any explanation somwere with the garanteed of pure security troughout this payment??

anything that would change idea my mother will be very appreciated

You can set Paypal for it to do bank transfers. It is some kind of online check. Money is taken from the bank account, is transfered through Paypal, and is given to the seller. That seller doesn't receive any kind of information that might put your money in danger.

Since you're living in Canada, it might take around a week for the money to proceed. But you are sure it safe!

paypal is one of the most trusted sites on the internet? tens of millions of dollars (if not more) travels through paypal every single day. and paying for a subscription is 100% done via paypal.

paypal is owned by ebay, another company that is trusted with millions of auctions that handle hundreds of millions of dollars in transactions each and every day.

your mother needs to join the 21st century... in another 10 years, EVERYTHING will be done through the internet.

You can also send a check, as long as it is for 6 months or more.

well.. i clicked on subscribe.. and.. i have a card of my bank.. and it say chose your card mastercard,visa,american express or discover.. wtf ? my bank is Banque Desjardins.. its not a VISA.. lol where the **** can i pay with the money from my bank... i dont understand...

I searched the interwebs for 3 mins, and it looks like your bank has visa cards. im not sure if you have a visa card, i just know your bank offers them.

bank cards, whether they are in the US or not, generally are VISA. look on the front of your card, lower right hand corner... it should say which company backs the card. because banks don't actually run/mantain the cards, they work with one of the major credit card companies...

an example:


In the lower right hand corner, you can clearly see the VISA logo.

Desjardins is using Visa. I'm using the same cooperative and my debit card is a Visa card. You might want to go and ask for a check specimen at your local bank. There are a lot of numbers to enter during confirmation and they are cleary at the bottom of checks.

Here's a simple tutorial to how to pay via Paypal from ground up.

1- Create your account (which you already did)

2- You now have to get a check specimen if you don't have any check at hand. Go to your local bank and ask for one. They will give you one for free in about three minutes of your time.

3- When you will connect to Paypal, you will arrive at the "My account overview" page. Click on "Canadian - Unverified" next to Status.

4- Click on "Add Bank Account".

5- Follow the information with the check you got back in step 2. Click on "Continue".

6- Paypal will deposit two small amounts in your account to verify it is yours. Go to Desjardins's site where you can see your bank transfers and look for the amounts deposited.

7- Go back on Paypal site and click again on the "Canadian - Unverified". Click on "Confirm Bank account".

8- You will have to enter the two amounts Paypal deposited in your account.

9- You are now verified. All that is remaining is to come on FFR and buy a subscription.
