ok the song loads up and everything, but then when the game screen is up, there is no music or arrows!!!!

I'm getting that right now as well. At first I thought it was Norton making life difficult again, but that's not the case, seeing as how I have it turned completely off and songs still won't load.
EDIT: They load, but as said before there are no arrows or music. -

Hmm... post on an admin's wall or PM an admin. Can you describe it more clearly?

He says that when you load a song, the game screen with the arrows come up, but there are no arrows. Also there is no music. Silence, and no arrows. This is happening to my brother aswell. As said before, talk to an admin, or try clearing your cache.Comment
