I think it should be "Game Remix" cuz that's definitely the battle theme from FF3. Idk, just a thought.

Plenty of epic rock songs aren't game remixes. I think those are the songs more suited to be placed in epic rock. Listen to Trisection, it's an FFT remix and a rock song and it was put in Arcade.

So, I agree with VBaalberith, for what it's worth.

Then put "epic rock" as the tag and put it in Arcade, if it's in Arcade, it's kind of redundant to put "game remix" as the tag. Go ahead and make it sound cool, and also put it in the right category.

We can't put the same song into two categories...

Actually I'd rather these songs in Arcade because it's not messed in with the 3 versions of almost every rock song.

I'm glad I decided to read the FFR General Talk forums. I love "Decisive Battle", but I would have never found it if I didn't look here first. I never go into any genre except Arcade and Secret. I would have missed this good song because it was in the wrong genre. Be right back as I go play it.

EDIT : I can't find the Epic Rock genre. =[

I'm glad I decided to read the FFR General Talk forums. I love "Decisive Battle", but I would have never found it if I didn't look here first. I never go into any genre except Arcade and Secret. I would have missed this good song because it was in the wrong genre. Be right back as I go play it.

If it's from a game, it goes in Arcade. Also it's only in HipHop cuz Tass hasnt moved it yet. Im guessing it will go to arcade soon.

With Thouhou, Tass didnt know it was a game and misplaced it, he said that it belongs in Arcade but was feeling too lazy to move it.

Also, TheSeventhSign, stop overreacting and thinking FFR is so perfect. FFR isn't organized and probably never will be. Just live with it.

EDIT: Yeah, FFR needs to get rid of Arcade, Funk, and maybe Hip-Hop (keep what doesn't belong in anything in Misc.)

It seems Arcade genre can't live with other genres anymore, because the genre isn't determined by the song style, just by the fact whether the song is game music/game remix or not.
