It's approaching the second anniversary of Captain Jack's untimely death. When he died on October 22, 2005, those who appreciated his music felt a terrible loss. The loss was greatest among the Dance Dance Revolution community who had been exposed to several of Captain Jacks' songs. I mention this now because if the owners of Flash Flash Revolution wish to get permission to once again let the FFR community play any Captain Jack song, it would have to start to be discussed with Bemani. Or they can simply place one in the game and ask Bemani not to sue them as they did the first year
