Yamaha Mm6

Hi people!
My name is Elias from Greece.
I am an owner of yamaha mm6.
I want your help.
I want to load a midi file with 4 channels(piano,strings,guitar,bass)to mm6
8track sequencer.
I can do that, ok.
I want to change the piano sound to another mm6 sound.
For example change the piano sound to strings of guitar or anything.
How can i do that?
