1.) Why did my AAA just get taken off for Free Space (related to part 2)
2.) Why is AAA'ing the song considered rank 2 now?

Because someone submitted an invalidly high score via some error or deliberate manipulation.

Tasselfoot will see it soon enough, delete it, and all the AAAs will become rank 1 and count as AAAs again.
