So I'm learning spread and I'm using "z,x,',',." on my laptop and I'm not sure it's working. I can do chains and jumpstream better but things like rolls and stair cases are driving me nuts. Is spread really all that different than 4-fingers on the arrow keys cause at least I could do streams and it's going to really piss me off to learn FFR all over again.

Just use z x ^ > instead and use MRichards remapping program so there's little lag.
Edit: Did I misunderstand what you meant by 4-fingered? Does that mean like index but using 4 fingers?Last edited by bluguerrilla; 09-11-2007, 03:22 PM.

Re: Another Generic Learning Spread Thread
I'll try that...also I see this increases your speed and PA...It's just get my fingers co-ordinated with the keys now.
EDIT: try s,d,y,h since there is no num pad to lay my wrists onLast edited by fido123; 09-11-2007, 03:27 PM.Comment

Re: Another Generic Learning Spread Thread
After playing on the arrow keys for so long I found it too hard to make my mind believe that the up key was actually to the left of the right key. That's why I do that (well a s ^ > but whatever).
