I tried Screencut, but it seens like the arrows are coming to fast, because I play on a speed of 1.25 and 1.50, depending on my mood, and the dark thing, Im going to try that right now.

Just keep your eyes on one spot and don't flick around.

I normally just keep my eyes in the middle of the down arrow on the screen, I keep it there, and it works for me. Other than that, just keep playing, you'll get better over time.¯\(◕_◕)/¯

I play Stepmania for a bit and then i play FFR and it raises my PA up significantly.

IIRC, the idea behind screen shrinking/cutting is to put fewer arrows on the screen for you to focus on at one time. I think speed mods create the same basic effect by spreading out the arrows. Personally, I never screen cut because it caused too many problems for me, but I find speed mods to be quite helpful. I normally use 1.5x, and it seems to have improved my PA. Good luck with whatever method you pick. Just remember that it may take a little practice to adjust to it, so you may need to stick with it before you see good results.
