Subsciption problem.

Ok First off idc if u think this isnt the right spot to post this unless ur a MOD or admin. So I got subscibed yesterday and it went all fine but the second i got subscibed the profile chat always says Error this username is already in use. But I wuznt even on. And no one knows my pass its like 20 letters long. So wuts the problem? And dont say tht these are the problems:
1. u have 2 windows opened and 1 on ur file becuz i dont
2. ur an idiot (no im not )
can sum1 help.?

Just for the sake of being 100% sure.. reboot your computer.. Open browser, enter profile chat.

If that doesn't work, we will go through and figure it out.

ok this is the account i have to go on to access chat but Synth i did wut u said 4 times. twice last night when it started and i told myself it wud fix itself 2morow mroning, which it today, and its still the same. its kinda strssing me out...
