Two finger FFR'ing

Who plays with one hand two fingers? Like index and middle? I do, and i gotta say it really tires your wrist out. Anybody else feel this?

I play spread, but I've played one-handed for quite a while and I find any type of one handed play tires you out really fast. Do you put a lot of strain in your forearm while playing? If you loosen it up a little it might help.
