I heard there was a program to make simfiles where it plays the music and you just hit the arrows with the beat however you want. Does anyone know where I can get this program??

uh, the stepmania editor will do it. put a beat at the end of the song. hit ctrl p. hit esc. hit ctrl r (after setting the desired minimum note threshold (16ths or 32nds or whatever).
believe me though, this is very ineffective as you tend to hit things after you hear them, and the file comes out very offsync.Comment

I remember trying out a program that created a simfile for you, after you entered in the gap, bpm, difficulty you wanted, etc. It didn't make anything complex, but I didn't mess around with it much. I forgot the name of it...I think Gorilla was in the name. XD
