Anyone else notice this???

For the new skill token number 56 {Sunlight}, the original thing to do was to get 1200+ Boos on Silence, now it was changed to 1100+

I was extremely upset as i had gotten in between 1100 and 1199 many times and then finally got 1224 or something along those lines, then soon come to find out that it was changed!!!! RAWR

Maybe I'm trippin but I'm pretty sure that i am right.
