Im.. Impossible!? How..?

Aboslutely amazing.

I got a nearly perfect score on Moonlight Sonata, with all perfects except for 12 good's and 1 Average, no misses or boos at all.

However, my Score was about 306,000, roughly.

I didn't set a record, and the lowest high score was 310,000.

The HIGHEST high score was 900,000ish.

I have no idea, if I got a nearly perfect score, that somebody else could do three times better when I ALMOST got a perfect score.

I've been thinking it was hacked, but I doubt it.

Am I missing some trick? Something? How could a high score be 3x higher then a nearly perfect score?

It *was* a hacker? Well screw the high score system then.

That explains how I got a perfect combo on Terror from Beyond and I didn't even get close to the highest score.

First off, all of the legit high scores have been AAA'd, and if you're looking to set a record you're going to have to do a lot better than 12 goods and 1 average. Second, you almost hit it dead on when you said:

They were hacked. A lot of scores on the FFR high score list are hacked, most noticably the ones that are like 600,000 higher than everyone else's (in your case, Moonlight Sonata). It's something we have to deal with now, but eventually Synth'll get rid of them...he does manage to weed some out every now and then, and he just updated the security measures, so...

But don't sweat it, a score like that wouldn't have made the high score list anyway (no offense)

I know that. The point is, Moonlight Sonata has been AAA'd up the wall. Here's what it means:
FC=beating the song with no misses
AA=beating the song with no averages
AAA=beating the song with no goods

But anyways, On Moonlight Sonata, my new score is:

190 perfect
9 good
1 average
No misses or Boos.

around 307,000 score-wise. Two people have the same score: 310,000.

I think that would be a full 200 perfects with no misses.
If I am right, then its impossible to set a high score, since those are the bottom two highscores.

Pretty much. Almost every song high score list is populated with hacked scores and AAA scores, so basically if a song's been out for more than say, 2 weeks, and you're not on the high score list yet, don't expect to get on it.

Even if you do get the same score as the last person on the high score list it ou still don't replace them. The yellow thing just comes down and highlights his/hers name. It has happened to me like 1111111111111111111111111111111 times.
