Question about Skill Token Version 2

I have a question about Party 4u V2,Do you need to pass the song,or just get the reqs,because it doesnt say: (The requirements) AND PASS,So,iam confused. ????:

This means you do not have to complete the song. You can fail it and still fulfill the requirements. This is sometimes easier to do than completing the whole song. However, this means in attempting to fulfill the requirement, you must take failure into account. Failing is achieved by getting Boos and Misses, so you could just hit a Perfect, get two Goods, hit maybe three Averages, let a couple more miss, and then pound away on non-arrows to get a bunch of Boos until you fail. I am not even sure if it'd be possible to pass the song trying to get a bunch of Boos and Misses that exceed all else, lol.
