Not In Gzip Format?

Hello everyone.

Not on my computer, but on my sister's computer, when I try to access flashflashrevolution.com, it comes up with an error, saying "Attn: Not in GZIP Format"

Does anyone know what this means and or how to fix it? It would be greatly appreciated.
