certain tokens

OK, so, when I try to get tokens 17 and 21 it brings me to my profile when i do the required actions but it they do not show up and they are not in the Tokens section of the game neither. Can someone please explain what is wrong or is it just temporary. Oh, and all the other ones work, its only those 2.
